INTEGRATED LOGISTIC SUPPORT
PLANNING
From the offset and project initiation, we will work with the Project/Programme Managers to define the scope of support and agree with the end-users on the mandate to which we are to deliver. At this stage, adapting to traditional or agile methodologies, we will support the development of logistic requirements and tailor the approach to deliver an integrated support solution.
SUPPORT SOLUTION DEVELOPMENT
Using industrial standards appropriate for your business, we will work with the project delivery teams and with industrial stakeholders to design a support solution that best suits the customer's needs. The support solution will be wide-ranging and cover all aspects of Integrated Logistic (or Product) Support, including Reliability and Maintainability, Supportability, and early entry supply chain analysis. Throughout this service, we will provide all the required artifacts needed to be successful at the governance and assurance checkpoints.
TRANSITION TO IN- SERVICE
Designing a support solution requires the transition to in-service to be managed and designed from the offset. We will ensure a smooth hand-off from delivery to in-service and that Support Solution artifacts transition to a through-life management plan. This will include the provision of proactive obsolescence and technical documentation management process.
RISK MANAGEMENT
EMPOWER
Using high-level strategies and policies, we will develop customised risk management strategies, plans, and registers that will empower your organisation to manage risk within the defined and accepted risk tolerances and threshold levels.
FACILITATE
Using provided or new risk management products, we will work with your organisation by facilitating risk management workshops to identify, assess, and evaluate both risks and opportunities.
REVIEW
Risk management is not a one-time review, it is through life. We will support your organisation with periodic reviews and provide supporting information for capability progress and governance reviews.
CHANGE MANAGEMENT
MANAGEMENT
Working with all stakeholders, we will produce a Change Management strategy that will enable you to enact change as and when required. The strategy will align with your business goals and to those of your end customers.
GUIDING HAND
Structural and cultural change cannot be delivered by us alone; we need the customer to be involved at all levels. We will support this process and guide you through the change initiative, offering support where needed. We will plan the steps to be taken to enact change and facilitate the appropriate workshops to ensure it never feels like change is being forced upon you.
OVERSIGHT
In complex organisations, multiple change projects can occur that have a dependency on one another. If the individual benefits are not tracked nor the impact on the original performance, cost, and time envelopes, the change projects can counteract each other. We will support this by providing a process that enables the customer to review and monitor change and ensure total visibility to all stakeholders.
